Objective To discuss the related factors between maternal fetal impact of low forceps and cesarean section in order to direct correct clinical application of forceps dilivery.
目的比較低位產(chǎn)鉗與剖宮產(chǎn)對母兒影響,指導(dǎo)臨床正確掌握產(chǎn)鉗助產(chǎn)術(shù)。方法對我院1992年1月至2001年12月間1127例低位產(chǎn)鉗和4945例剖宮產(chǎn)的臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析。
