Objective: To evaluate the results of total cavopulmonary connection(TCPC) in the treatment of complex congenital heart diseases.

Objective:This is to analyze the clinical results of total extracardiac cavopulmonary connection(TECPC)and intra-atrial total cavopulmonary connection (TCPC).
目的:分析心外管道全腔靜脈肺動(dòng)脈連接手術(shù)的治療效果。
Methods:From January 1990 to January 2000,34 patients with complex cardiac anomalies underwent TCPC and 14 patients was performed with TECPC and the six of them without aortic crossclamping.
方法:1990年1月至2000年1月施行心內(nèi)全腔靜脈肺動(dòng)脈連接術(shù)34例,心外管道全腔靜脈肺動(dòng)脈連接術(shù)14例,對(duì)其圍術(shù)期多種療效指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析。
