  本文首先對城市土地利用與交通的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)狀進行回顧和總結;接著運用演繹法對城市土地利用與交通系統(tǒng)的演變及其互動關系進行分析,指出兩者存在的眾多弊病;針對我國城市的特點,從定性的角度研究了城市土地利用與交通系統(tǒng)的協(xié)調(diào)策略并提出一體化的可持續(xù)發(fā)展交通模式;在此基礎上,提出基于均衡理論的一體化協(xié)同發(fā)展模式,建立以土地利用為基礎的彈性交通均衡模型,從定量的角度研究了土地利用模式下交通模式的選擇以及交通系統(tǒng)容量限制條件下土地利用模式如何修正等問題;并針對我國城市各類土地利用模式,給出了既定土地利用模式下交通模式與之結合的思路;最后,論文選取了重慶市主城區(qū)(內(nèi)環(huán)高速以內(nèi))土地利用與交通系統(tǒng)作為研究對象,對該套方法和體系的可行性、實用性、合理性進行了驗證。
