  綜合以上體內(nèi)和體外試驗結果，可以得出如下結論：在本實驗室條件下，鹽附子提取物(6．18、3．09、1．55g生藥／kg)、生川烏提取物(13．0、6．5、3．3g生藥／kg)、生草烏提取物(8．3、4．2、2．1g生藥／kg)對大鼠肺組織無明顯毒作用；生草烏(2．49g生藥／kg)可導致雄性Beagle犬呼吸頻率加快，呼吸幅度增大。
