With egg yelk as raw material, extracted by aquiferous ethanol and aether, removing water and oil by acetone, we gain phospholipids mixture, and search the extracting conditions. The optimum condition is determined:extractingtemperature(20),time(60mins),solvent(92%ethanol),solvent quantity (12 times of the yelk), at which yield is highest; using thinlayer chromatography to measure its component, the content of phosphatidylcholine extend to 68.2%.
本文以雞蛋的卵黃為原料，采用含水乙醇與乙醚提取，通過丙酮脫水去油，得到粗品卵磷脂；并對提取條件進行了優(yōu)化研究，結(jié)果表明：提取時間60分鐘，用92％乙醇，加入含水乙醇是蛋黃重的12倍，在20℃時，卵磷脂收率最高；采用薄層掃描法定量檢測，所得粗品卵磷脂的純度高達68.2％。
