Actuality-The philosophy of law gives emphasis to reality, and raises and resolves philosophical questions of law from reality;
求實(shí)性，即法哲學(xué)要麪曏現(xiàn)實(shí)，從現(xiàn)實(shí)出發(fā)提出和解決法哲學(xué)問題；
The object of philosophy is an actuality of which those objects, social regulations and conditions, are only the superficial outside.
