AIM:To investigate the effect of compound of cordyceps sinensis (CS) and tripterygium hypoglaucum on survival time of the heterologous human-pig graft skin.

CONCLUSION: CS effectively prolongs the survival time in heterologous graft skin and its mechanism might be that CS inhibits cell-mediated immunity and humoral immunity.
